A Tribe is the heart, not another tab.

Anyone who has tried to build something with a group of people knows the shape of the problem. The newsletter lives in one place, the conversation in another, the course in a third. The webinar has its own login. The calendar doesn’t know about any of them. Payments sit somewhere else again, and the customer list somewhere else after that.

And the job of making them talk to each other is yours. Usually with a fifth tool whose only purpose is to connect the other four, which breaks quietly on a Tuesday and takes a morning to find.

Every one of those seams is a place where something gets lost — a person, a payment, a conversation that nobody followed up.

A Tribe removes the seams by removing the stitching. The course someone teaches, the event they’re running, the thing they wrote down at 3am, the announcement, the reply, the person who read all of it and said nothing — these aren’t separate systems that agree by accident. They’re one place, seen from different angles.
