📅 The Monthly Improvement Cycle
Every month, the Improvement Circle resets. The top 3 highest-scoring ideas are reviewed. Rankings are determined by community votes and weighted score — then the medals are awarded.
🌳 What Happens at the Round Table
The Golden Tree Round Table is the pinnacle of the FITC Improvement Circle. It is not just a reward — it is an invitation to co-create the future of this platform. An invitation that says: your voice matters. Your idea is worth building.
When your Gold Medal idea is selected, you receive a personal message inside the FITC platform — an invitation to enter the Round Table. There are no time restrictions. No deadlines. No pressure. You meet Penny and the specialist council whenever you are truly ready.
Together, you and the Collective examine your idea from every angle — marketing, technology, user experience, business impact, and community alignment. Your input is central to the process. This is not a meeting where you observe. You are a co-creator at the table.
If life happens — if you need to pause in the middle of a session, step away, or simply run out of time — that is completely fine. You can pause at any moment. FITC will preserve every note, every decision, and every thread of the conversation. A follow-up session link is created automatically, and you return when you are ready. The Round Table always waits for you.
When you and the Collective are satisfied — when every angle has been explored and you feel the plan is truly right — you press IMPLEMENT IDEA. At that moment, FITC begins building your co-creation. And when it goes live, the world sees your name behind it.

🤝 The Council
At the Golden Tree Round Table, Penny channels the specialist minds active in your Collective — the number depends on how many avatars you have subscribed to. Most users operate with 4 to 8 specialists, and these form the active Collective for your session. Free users invited to the Round Table for a community-approved idea gain temporary access to all 18 specialists for that session. Together, your Collective evaluates your idea from every relevant angle — strategy, marketing, finance, operations, legal, technology, and more — based on the expertise present in the room. If Implementation Mode is activated during the session, a comprehensive execution report is generated: covering the main points discussed, and a dedicated section for each specialist present with their department instructions. This report is delivered by email and to your private FITC messages.
